Beautiful Resort

This is a beautiful resort where you can see whales daily in the bay . The staff is great and it’s very clean . I do have to say that if the elevator or pool heaters malfunction it’s not going to be repaired in a timely way . If you are physically able to roll with things of this nature it’s a great resort . ”

Fantastic resort - OK unit

This unit is a bit dark and the thermostat difficult to control, but it has everything you need (or you can get it by calling the Concierge desk). The resort is amazing - many good dining options and so much fun to watch the whales off Punta Ballena by the chapel on the grounds of the resorts. Lots of activities.”

Lovely Resort

Beautiful week comfortable accommodations except for the couch pullout bed. Mattress with springs was not good. If your a walker the resort has lots of routes with Beautiful views and hills. Nice options fo swimming pools. ”

It is my understanding that Third Home is no longer contracted with HE. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. The service and facilities were sub par. ”

A stunning view from the (overcrowded) communial pool but otherwise not up to Third Home standard. For example, only partial ocean view not an “ocean view”, no oven or dishwasher in a “chefs kitchen”. ”

Spring Break 2018

A full service resort with great staff. We had exceptional service from Cesar Delgado, Cesar Garcia and Jorge at the beach pool. The resort is located on a cliff with geogeous views of the Sea of Cortez. The resort is private/gated and close to Cabo San Lucas. It offers hourly shuttles to the marina in town or cabs are easy to grab. You will be offered an all inclusive package which we did not do. The food at the restaurants was very good and they have 24 hour room service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is the rooms could be a little updated. Wonderful family vacation with several pools and one specifically for children's activities. We would definitely go back to this property and we have been in Cabo 10+ times!!”
