Incredible location with views you can only dream of

First off, I want to say this home is in the most incredible location with views that are beyond words! We LOVED the home for these reasons and the owner was awesome and very responsive for anything we needed. For those reasons we loved this home. However, the home was a little lacking in terms of comfort and what it provides inside the home. The patio is wonderful, but the living room if you need to be indoors is odd, and not very welcoming. The kitchen lacked some basics, and overall the house inside just felt very basic and lacking for a Third Home stay. We used the concierge the owner recommended and she was amazing! Would have really struggled without her and her contacts to help us out. I will warn any people booking this residence - when it says there are a lot of stairs, this is a really tough home for access, with LOTS of stairs. Everytime you leave, you need to give yourself 15 minutes to get up to the road. You absolutely need the baggage carriers to carry luggage down and back up the stairs and if you have any mobility issues at all - this is not the home for you! The other warning is that if you go during shoulder season like we did (April), nothing is open around you. All the restaurants within walking distance and everything down at the beach was closed. There were no ferries/boats to get from the beach to the other towns and transport was a major logistical issue. Taxi's are extremely expensive, so figuring out the bus schedule is the best solution for getting around or organising a private driver for certain things. Some of the local restaurants will include a pickup and dropoff if you eat with them, so luckily the concierge pointed this out to us, so we could make reservations at the restaurants that provided that service for the most part. Overall, this is a spectacular home for the right guests, in a prime location, with incredible views.”

Die Kommunikation mit Filippo war ausgezeichnet. Bestens organisierter Check in. Da keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort vorhanden ist, wurde uns ein Parkservice angeboten und das hat hervorragend funktioniert. DasHaus ist großzügig mit wunderbarer Terrasse und tollem Meerblick Richtung Amalfi. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass es viele Stufen ( ca. 200 )bis zum Haus gibt. Das angebotene Consierce Service war sehr hilfreich . Tolle Gegend, tolles Haus, toller Urlaub. Ernst, Christine , Victoria.”
