April 2025Spring at Casa MaGi
The house was smaller than advertized. The shower in the mid- bathroom is smaller than on a cruise ship. The walls of Casa MaGi are very thin so there is not a ton of privacy. We were to arrive at 7pm, but because of car trouble we arrived at 7:35. We called the property manager ahead to inform her we would be late and she responded with a rolling eye emoji. The host gave us a really fast tour of the house, a bottle of wine and a cake her mother had made. I did not appreciate outside cameras watching me and receiving calls from owner to turn off lights that I had not turned on! The location is great. The yards/gardens and pool are fabulous. Capaccio is a small town with very freindly people and great views, wine and food. A printed out copy of the house rules and local recommendations would have been useful printed out and not texted. Also, if a host has wine readily available in the house there should be a price list by bottle to accommodate, not just personal wine exposed.”
