The cottage has private, direct access to Long-Sought-for-Pond, right from the front of the cottage with 5 Paddleboards, 2 Kayaks and 6 Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Sit in the shade of a tree, and read right in front of the pond!

The cottage owner will pay, on your behalf, the amenities fee of $200 / week which grants access to all the shared amenities within this gated community, including:
• Large, lifeguarded sandy beach on the pond with floating dock
• Family Pool and Pavilion with Ping Pong table
• Adult Pool and hot tub
• Gym (with on site showers and changing rooms) well equipped with cardio and free weights, overlooking the pond
• Basketball and Tennis/Pickleball courts
• Playground
• Bocce and Shuffleboard
• Lodge Restaurant & Bar with pool tables and outdoor patio with snacks/meals window -- all near the beach (hours vary)
• Lodge area includes a large Screened porch with wifi, outdoor patio with firepit, and library (18+) room
• General store with ice cream, breakfast and lunch options, and additional supplies (usually open until 2pm)
• Walking trails into forest conservation area
