Located in a gated community with stunning sunset, wildlife, and mountain views, this home features a 50ft infinity lap pool overlooking Ciudad Colon. The living room is open and refreshing, with tall ceilings and glass windows and doors that lead out to the main patio for lounging and dining al fresco.

Step into the kitchen, and you will be impressed by the high-end chef-grade appliances and spacious marble island. Dine on the island or at the glass table with seating for an additional six.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. There are two wonderful master suites, a third bedroom with two queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a single queen bed. Each bedroom has a bathroom and A/C units.

The private neighborhood is conveniently located near a large supermarket and many delicious restaurants. The owners offer assistance in booking massages, private transportation, tours, and professional chefs upon request.

Explore nearby attractions like Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna (2 hours away) or Jaco beach (1 hour away). Colón is known for its warm climate and exceptional proximity to nature and surrounding mountains, where you can escape all the hustle and bustle of the city while maintaining nearness to restaurants and other conveniences. The multicultural area is also known for its folkloric traditions and horseback riding.

Incredible Home for Entertaining

Our stay at Casa Om was great. Nestled in the hills with panoramic views, this luxury Villa offered the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility. The 50-foot infinity pool overlooking Ciudad Colon was a highlight—ideal for both relaxing afternoons and entertaining guests. The spacious open-concept living room, high ceilings, and expansive glass doors created a bright, welcoming atmosphere that seamlessly flowed into the outdoor lounge and dining areas. The kitchen was equipped with appliances and a large island perfect for cooking and gathering. We hosted a small dinner party during our stay, and the space was perfectly suited for it. The bedrooms were thoughtfully designed, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. Being in a gated community added an extra sense of security, and the nearby supermarket and restaurants made errands and dining out incredibly convenient. Casa Om is not only a peaceful retreat but also an ideal setting for entertaining and connecting with loved ones in a stunning environment.”

Beautiful home with awesome pool and view.

Everything was perfect. The house was large and set up very nicely. Great for outdoor living. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub. There are games and plenty to do around the house. The host was very responsive in the manager made sure we had a ride to the airport and was very helpful. The house was spotless. I would highly recommend this home. Good location in a gated community. Lots of good restaurants in the area.”

Beautiful home and views. Excellent communications and Recommendations for things to do. Home in very safe guarded location. Close to San Jose for experiencing the city and 90 minute drive to beach. Overall great experience. ”
