Luxury Log Home Overlooking Lake Glenville

Welcome to our luxury log home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (plus a loft) overlooking Lake Glenville and The Smoky Mountains. The average temperature in the summer is 75 degrees! In the chillier months, two fireplaces keep you warm and cozy - one indoor and one outdoor.

The home has many log and wood accents and features. Your inner chef will love the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar for four. Gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats six, or feast outdoors on the covered patio while admiring the stunning lake views in the distance.

Retire for the night to one of three spacious bedrooms. The primary and guest rooms all include king beds. There are three beautiful bathrooms to share.

There is a neighborhood Lakefront Pavilion & two kayaks for your use. We have Hi-Speed internet and a Smart TV. The house is located between the towns of Cashiers and Highlands. Highlands is a beautiful small town, very quaint with a live playhouse and many 5-star outdoor dining restaurants.

It also has many lovely shops for your pleasure. There are 30 Waterfalls within an hour's drive and many scenic sites. Many outdoor activities are at your disposal: The Biltmore Estate, The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad...

The area is famous for its Whitewater Rafting. There are many hiking trails or you can try your luck at fly fishing. If you love golf, you're in luck - there are several first-class golf courses within 20 minutes.

Our home is very private and sits on 2 1/2 acres; it can't be seen from the main road. We have outdoor security cameras for your protection. We are in a small Gated community with paved roads, and there are about 30 homesites within.

Adult Only Property. Our property is not a child friendly home as it has very high steep decks.

Our property is not pet friendly and we do not allow pets under any circumstances due to allergies.

Beautiful mountain retreat

It's a beautiful house built in a quiet gated community in the Smokey Mountains. The view from the front room is stunning - overlooking the lake and mountains. We were there in early March so we couldn't take advantage of the water. They do have kayaks stored down by the lake so in the summer time it's a short drive down to the pier where you could enjoy some water activities as well. The nearby town of Cashiers is quaint, with a lot of different shops and restaurants to enjoy. The locals helped us identify a couple of local waterfalls that could be driven to and easily walked to from the road. One even had a trail the led behind the waterfall, which was pretty cool.”

Beautiful views, lake and mountain experience

The home was lovely and we enjoyed our time very much! The owners were a delight to communicate with. We very much enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and huge deck and outdoor seating. We enjoyed a lot of waterfall hikes in the area and enjoyed taking the waterfall pontoon tour at the lake. ”
