December 2024Gorgeous and comfortable
Sinead and Ben’s house is gorgeous and comfortable! A short drive to the beach, we loved our wintery walks there. Also within a 5 minute drive there is a great seafood take out place, and we loved the Townline BBQ. We cooked quite a bit in the spacious and well stocked kitchen, with every appliance and utensil you’d need. We loved the way the windows brought in the light and the outdoors so you can enjoy nature even while sitting on the couch. But we loved being outside even in the dead of winter, walking around the property and neighborhood with our dog. The large HD tv was nice too. A beautiful house, we enjoyed every minute, thank you Sinead and Benjamin!”

November 2024Thanksgiving
Our stay at this charming Wainscott farmhouse was nothing short of a serene retreat. Perfectly nestled between Southampton, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor, it provided the ideal base for exploring the towns and enjoying peaceful winter walks along scenic beaches. The farmhouse itself felt like a cozy haven, with evenings spent cooking in the spacious kitchen and relaxing by the inviting fireplace. Stepping outside to gaze at the star-filled sky added a magical touch to the experience. The house was thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could need, all clearly outlined in a detailed and user-friendly manual. Thank you Benjamin and Sinéad for your beautiful home.”

September 2024Beautiful stay in the Hamptons
The house is lovely, the location is perfect with access to beaches and beautiful little towns just minutes away. Communication was great with the owner, and the housekeeper Doreen. We had a really nice stay.”
