June 2025Nice Desert Home
This home exceeded our expectations; nice location in the foothills and well-appointed. We enjoyed the shady patio for our morning coffee and the 2nd patio to take in the beautiful view of the mountains, and the rooftop at night to see the city lights! We enjoyed nearby hiking and sightseeing, and was blessed with unusually nice weather at the beginning of our stay but had to find indoor activities in the afternoons later in the week because it was Tucson hot! Overall, we had an enjoyable time in a comfortable home. Plus, the owners left sightseeing pamphlets and a thorough manual.”

March 2025Stunning Home with 360 Views
We feel so fortunate to have been able to enjoy this gorgeous home bordering the wilderness area of the Catalina Mountains. While the interior decor is breathtaking, my eyes kept turning to the mountains and the cactus gardens outside. We did indeed feel we were in a botanical garden with myriad specimens of birds at the feeders, a visiting javelina next door, and even a brief bobcat sighting as it hopped over the wall on its way back up the mountain through the adjacent dry wash. The rooftop viewing area enabled us to take in several outstandingly colorful sunsets washing the Catalinas behind us in alpenglow. Our hosts couldn't have been more generous in their welcoming gift and detailed information to help us make the most of our visit. Thank you so much, Judy and John!”

March 2024Beautiful Sunsets Awaits Your Arrival in The Tuscan Getaway!
This by far was the most prepared Thirdhome Host for our Thirdhome Stay! Judy was a great communicator, informative and very friendly! Judy sent us a welcoming home manual months in advance and had another one waiting for us on her kitchen island with a beautiful welcoming gift! Her welcoming manual had pages and pages of recommendations of what to do in Tucson which was very helpful since we had never been to Tucson before. We loved all of her recommendations for dining out, spas to golf courses. (make sure you go to Baja Cafe best breakfast ever and ask to be seated in Tony's section.) And the house... well... absolutely beautiful the photos do it justice...and the outdoor living was another wonderful plus, the sunset viewing from the roof top was the most magnificent sunset my husband said he had ever seen... and trust me he sees a lot of them... he is a fine arts painter,I'm sure he will relive the experience in a painting. We highly recommend you experience The Tuscan Getaway on one of your Thirdhome adventures. ”
