HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking anywhere. It poses an extreme fire and forest fire danger.
• Please respect and follow the state and government fire restrictions. If you are unsure if there are restrictions, please refer to the Department of Forestry and Fire Management and look at "Fire Restrictions." Often, there is a “no fire of any kind” rule in effect in all the White Mountains in the summer months yet that can extend much longer depending on the weather.
• Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise reasonable especially at night. The neighbors have horses and an electric fence that is clearly labeled. Please use extreme caution.

May 2025Very unique property
Spectacular property if you are looking for a stay outside of the big & bustling city life. The home was clean, organized, well stocked and had every amenity that anybody could ask for at a Mountain Home. This home is beyond spacious & well kept. Everything worked to perfection and there were no issues at all. The host was accessible & answered the few minor questions we had. Also, we have never relied on a host to provide us with cooking condiments, seasonings, bottled water, Smores, etc. since we bring our own supplies but I have never seen a home so well stocked with every possible utensil, cookware/kitchenware, spices/seasonings, bottled water machine, Keurig with all the flavors and it just goes on and on. Truly unbelievable and we have stayed in numerous vacation homes over the years. So, if you are looking to get away from the busy city life and want to be left alone and enjoy nature & the Great Outdoors, then this is the place for you. Did I mention the great outdoor fire pit & seating, excellent barbeque grill with plenty of propane bottles, 2 floors of wrap around patio decks with all the outdoor furniture you could possibly need. Truly an outdoor Gem! We don't have children but for those people that do, you couldn't ask for more entertainment such as indoor games, outdoor playground, zip line, swings, basketball court, tetherball, trampoline, pool table, foosball table etc. My compliments to this host and a very special property. ”
