Five stars is not enough! The home was wonderful and in a beautiful setting right on the beach in a quiet section of Mission Beach yet with great access to all that Mission Beach has to offer. The setting and the home were only exceeded by the incredible flexibility, generosity and help from the owner - truly awesome! Of the many stays we have enjoyed on Thirdhome, this ranks up there with the very best. Many thanks !”

Mission Beach Oceanfront

The location was perfect, right across from the beach separated by a busy broad walk. Great for people watching. Russ was very helpful in everyway. We really enjoyed our stay.”

What an Incredible Place

We enjoyed our stay so much. We found it hard to leave the deck as the view was fabulous and the sound of the waves was intoxicating. Nice size great room with comfy furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Having our own private parking was a bonus. Thank you Russ for all you did for us (especially on the last day!) ”

Perfection by the Ocean

This property was spectacular. The location (DIRECTLY across the street from the roaring Pacific Ocean); the decor (elegant, state-of-the-art, clean, tasteful); the neighborhood (easy access to many interesting places); the owners (providing helpful hints and the warmest welcome).....my only hesitation is posting this is that everyone will want to stay there and I won't be able to reserve it again. :-)”

Great week of vacation

This is one of the best exchanges we have had with 3rd home. The location is a blast. Right between Mission and Pacific beaches. Russ allowed us to borrow his bicycles, which provided us with transportation when we were not walking the beautiful beach. The house is beautifully decorated with a marvelous outdoor deck. Russ could not have been nicer. He had the windows cleaned just when we arrived, which is necessary with the salty, windy air. It was very thoughtful of him. Great 2 BR condo.”

The Mission Beach house was just amazing in every aspect. The view was amazing, the location couldn't be beat, we rode the bikes everywhere we went.
