The house is positioned on the fourth of eight cultivated terraces, where bananas, avocados, mangoes, papayas, and seasonal vegetables are grown organically. Guests may enjoy the produce when ripe and take part in the farm's gentle rituals, from gathering fresh eggs to watching the surrounding wildlife move through the vegetation. Farmers harvest during the week without entering the living area.

Interiors are thoughtfully prepared for everyday ease, with comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, televisions in each bedroom, and a professional coffee machine for relaxed mornings. Outdoors, the terrace frames serene valley and sea views, with Gran Canaria visible in clear conditions. A hammock beneath the flamboyant tree, a fish pond, barbecue area, and a large jacuzzi-style pool with lights and jets add to the home’s informal charm.

The property also includes a separate family residence with its own entrance and no shared guest areas, preserving privacy for all. Children are welcome, with games and a trampoline provided. Due to the farm's sloped terrain, the home is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
