The property includes a villa, private tennis court, heated pool (April until October), fitness chalet, and three golf tees. A roundabout provides three fixed parking spaces, room for two additional vehicles, and an electric vehicle charging station. A large hedge and mature trees ensure privacy, with neighbours discreetly nearby.

The villa accommodates a maximum of ten guests (eight adults and two children). Its two-floor open plan living and dining area features expansive windows framing the surrounding nature.
