October 2026An excellent 2 week stay. A lovely modern house with magnificent mountain and sea views from the mountain above Termini..
Domenico was so helpful. Our taxi from Palermo couldnt find the house and Domenico had to stay up for hours to guide us. The accomodation was very good for 3 couples. Suggest try not to arrive at night if possible. A small car is essential as the villa is 15 mins by car from Termini supermarkets and we didnt find any local taxis. Car rental from Sicily by car beside Termini train station was excellent. The local roads around the villa are extremely steep, very narrow with very poor surfaces so driving is slow. We loved swimming at the family beach 30 mins away at Sant'Elia. Further up the mountain ancient Caccamo was an accessible ride on our ebikes and it was our favourite go too place for morning coffees. Gaetano Varco restaurant in Termini is a very good fish restaurant. The trains to Cefalu and Palermo were very accessible from Termini.”
