House Rules
Casa Majaika is our family weekend retreat and as such please treat the house as your own.
Rosy our cook will be delighted to prepare you good Mexican food and Everardo our footman and Jacky our cleaning lady are there to help (please see aditional fees section).
Groceries are on your own as well as the wood for the chimney.
Everardo may help with some errands but not make the grocery shopping.
Breakfast 9 to 10:30
Lunch 2:30 to 5 pm
Dinner 8:00 to 9:30 pm
Parties are not permitted
Please do not use bathroom towels for the pool.
Only plastic cups and glasses in pool and garden area.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am Please use reasonable music volume.
Be reasonable with hot tub use. An extra charge for gas will apply if daily consumption is higher than 25 liters which should be sufficient.
Adult supervision of children in pool area is required.
Additional Fees
Our cook Rosy, our Cleaning Lady Jackie and our Footman Everardo are mandatory. Please treat them with respect.
USD 160 per day to cover such staff and incidentals is required.
Groceries and food is not included. Our footman Everardo may run some errands but not make all the grocery shopping.
A generous tip is also requested for each staff member.
