Guests can easily reach Kiawah’s hallmark experiences on foot, bike, or by car, including the Roy Barth Tennis Center, Night Heron Park, and the 5-star Sanctuary Hotel, all about 15 minutes away by bike.

Fabulous Cottage at Kiawah Island Golf Resort

We absolutely loved our stay at Jessica's gorgeous cottage in the Kiawah Island Golf Resort. She has done a fabulous job the interior design with a home loaded with lots of fun luxuries such as high end towels, bedding, dishes, furnishings, and overall design. The location to the beach is just about a 5 minute walk, at most. She is located near the renown Osprey Golf Course. The cruiser bikes were probably our favorite, as there are endless bike trails all around the large resort and we could ride for miles! The resort itself is so well laid out and quite a treat with stunning lush deep Southern architecture at every resort club house. Checking out the Sanctuary is a must while visiting here. If you are a golfer, tennis buff, or cyclist, this resort is your place. Jessica is the most responsive host we have experienced. We really appreciate all of her guidance and the love she has put into her cottage.”

Stunning area - Cottage is perfection!

Everything you would need for a perfect stay to Kiawah is contained in the Cottage - owners attention to detail and high end linens was an excellent surprise. A great selection of Beach gear and bicycles was available. Location within walking or biking distance to the stunning beach. The breeze made staying in the summer easy. Bonus pool nearby to cool off. Looking forward to a future stay! ”
