Morning Staff:
Pool Boy
Cleans and maintains the swimming pool.
Gardeners
Take care of the garden and outdoor areas.
Kitchen Ladies
Prepare morning tea and fruit for guests as a complimentary service.
Go to the market for fresh ingredients.
Prepare breakfast.
Start daily housekeeping: cleaning rooms, providing guest service (similar to butler service).
Wash and iron clothes or linens as needed.
Return to the market later for lunch and dinner supplies.
Midday & Evening Staff:
Chefs (from 12 PM onwards)
Cook lunch and dinner.
Serve meals to guests.
Clean the kitchen after dinner.
Guest Support & Services:
All staff together ensure that:
Guests are fully taken care of (“holiday mode,” no chores).
Any additional requests are handled, such as:
Restaurant reservations.
Organising tours or local activities.
Arranging cars and transport.
Total Staff: 14 persons covering all shifts and duties.
