Mazot Agora – Alpine Charm & Nordic Spa

Discover the soul of the Swiss Alps in this lovingly restored Valais mazot, where traditional charm meets modern comfort. With underfloor heating, quality insulation, and thoughtful details, it combines authenticity with coziness. Nestled in the heart of Salvan, the chalet offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, dramatic cliffs, and whispering forests—waking up here feels nothing short of magical.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the chalet, accessed via a garden staircase winding between two chalets. Guests have use of the shared garden and a unique wood-fired Nordic hot tub, the perfect place to unwind after a day in the fresh mountain air. Please note the hot tub requires guests to fill and heat it before use.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, strictly 2 adults and 2 children. Bedroom 1 has a double bed for adults. The second bedroom is an alcove that opens onto the living room and kitchen area; it contains two fixed single beds measuring 170 cm in length and is intended for small children only, not suitable for adults.

In winter, Salvan becomes a snowy haven with easy access to the slopes of Les Marécottes and Chamonix, along with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and sledding. In summer, the Trient Valley Regional Park offers alpine meadows, forests, and waterfalls for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and canyoning, while families will love a visit to the Alpine Zoo at Les Marécottes.
