1. This is a family home so please treat it with the respect and care that you would treat your own home. We like our neigbours and we want to respect their rights to peace and enjoyment of our beautiful apartment block.
2. Absolutely no parties. Our neighbours will report this and you will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is broken.
3. No pets.
4. No smoking. There is plenty of space to smoke outside.
5. Enjoy the view and go for lots of walks- you are in for a treat. We love this magic place.
