3 bedrooms have ensuites. The master bedroom has a bath tub, bidet and shower within bath tub. The other 2 ensuites are with shower unit only. The other 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms. One with a bath tub and shower within tub and the other with a stand alone shower unit.

House Rules
No smoking within the house. Smoking outside is obviously permitted, but with the use of an ashtray always. No throwing cigarette butts. In the summer months, the countryside is like a tinder box. Any small spark can cause a huge forest fire.
No moving furniture or mattresses from room to room.
