House Rules
There is no pool cover in use during the summer. Children cannot be left unattended. Pool is not heated.
If you notice anything that is broken, defective, or not working improperly, please notify the manager immediately.
There is parking in front of the house for two cars.
No smoking or use of fire is allowed in the house. The fireplace is decorative only.
All doors and windows must be locked and secured at night, when guests are away, and upon checking out of the villa.

Electric bicycles can be rented for 150 Euros per week per bike. Typically two are available at any given time. Guest(s) assumes all liability for injury or harm from using the bicycles.
Should you wish to schedule a midweek cleaning, the fee is 300 euros.
Should you wish to arrange to have groceries purchased in advance of your arrival the fee is 150 euros plus grocery costs and the list of requested items must be shared a minimum of 5 days prior to arrival.
