- The Bubali Bird Sanctuary is a great location for seeing these migratory birds as here amid the lush vegetation surrounding two ponds, these birds rest and breed.
- Dunes at Hudishiba- On the northwestern tip of the island are rolling white sand dunes colored with patches of green and brown that present a spectacular vista. Even more spectacular are the sunsets in this area.
- Fontein Cave on the northeastern coast and its popularity arises in part because on the ceilings are ancient drawings done by the early Arawak Indian settlers of the island.
- The Aruba Historical Museum is located at Fort Zoutman and Willem III Tower. This former Dutch fortress is the oldest building on the island.

July 2021Exactly what we were looking for
It was the perfect house for our extended family of 12 as we celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with a week long stay in Aruba. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the island's best Supermarket, 10 minutes from Aruba's white sand beaches and 15 minutes from the airport and other attractions on the island. Our kids were never bored as the house is fully stacked with a billiards table, ping pong, foosball, volleyball, pool and hot tub. The highlight was the outdoor dining table under the thatched roof, where we spent most of our time and meals. And concierge Javier does a great onsite BBQ that is worth reserving for your group. This is NOT a new or modern open space home, so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere, but the house has a great kitchen, a lot of character and personality and is the perfect space to share and enjoy quality family time. ”

November 2017Good location, Great outdoor space, Inside needs some TLC.
First, the good: the house is on a hill with great views, and long view to the beach (which is maybe a 5 minute drive). The caretaker could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. The outdoor area is great -- pool was wonderful and in a wonderful setting with lush landscaping and a fun and functional outdoor dining area and stereo. And the not so good: the house is in need of an update and a sprucing. While everything worked (the AC, the hot water, all the appliances), the house feels very dated and sparsely furnished. Not a lamp in the house, everything built in; sofas covered with vinyl, I don't think there are any rugs at all, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped, with lots of pots pans utensils glasses, plates etc for at least 10 people. And the stove and oven and fridge work great. But the house feels very much like a "rental" and not a "home". It feels like no one has really lived there in many years.”

March 2017Perfect Vacation Getaway
If you are looking for a beautiful private home on Aruba this is definitely the one that you want. Our stay at Aruba Villa Tropical was nothing short of perfect. The open floor plan, large rooms filled with natural light, nicely stocked kitchen, and magnificent views are just a few of the perks of staying in this home. The landscaping around the pool makes you feel like you are staying in your own tropical oasis. The caretaker, Javiar, is absolutely wonderful and will help with anything you can possibly need. ”
