April 2025A truly amazing experience
We were very fortunate to be able to book the castle for a week and enjoy it with 23 of our great friends. The castle staff is extemely accomodating, the rooms are beautifully furnished and huge, the main floor is great for parties and hanging out by the bar, and the loggia at the top offers a 360-degree view of the rolling countryside surrounded by mountains. Location-wise, since the castle is in the countryside there isn't much to walk to other than a cute little winery where we held a luncheon that was super. But it is situated within easy reach of many great sites like Assisi, Perugia, and Orvieta among many others. This gave our guests many different options for day-trips during the week, which they took advantage of. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Montignano staff!”
