January 2025Wonderful Large Home in Scottsdale
We had our daughters and families stay with us for a total of 6 adults and 4 grandkids ( 9, 11, 11,11) and the sleeping arrangements worked very well with this property. With the outdoor pool and spa and the basket ball/ tennis/pickleball court, and the equipment available in the garage storage bins, we had everything that the grandkids and adults needed for a great time. It was very helpful to have the the property owner have her property manager to meet with us at check in to give us a tour and explanation of the property and everything we needed to know about, compared to other Third Home properties we have gone to that just leave instructions to find the key in the lock box. ”

The owners have thought of everything: from the delightful scent that greets you when you walk in the door, to the expansive backyard with something for everyone and the master bedroom that could house a whole family. Highly recommend! Centrally located to everything that Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer. The property itself has the family favorite facilities including a basketball and pickleball court with all the equipment. Great restaurants and breweries a short distance away. And don’t forget about the hiking trails - absolutely a must! The property is totally designed for an amazing family vacation but it was just my wife and myself and we had a blast! ”
