January 2025BVI Paradise
The house is the nicest on the island, featuring a private beach with turquoise waters, cushioned loungers, and a cool TIKI bar. The house offered stunning Caribbean views and was well-equipped for our stay, with perfect AC. The island itself is a true gem, full of amazing beach bars and friendly locals. Traveling was a breeze: a quick exit from Tortola airport (under 10min), a 50-minute taxi to the West End ferry, and a short 5-minute taxi ride from the ferry terminal to the Glass House. We pre-ordered food from Riteway, which arrived upon our arrival. The grocery store on the island is very limited. Ivan's beach bar, right next to the house, served some food and drinks. Alice's restaurant, a 3-minute walk, offered good pizza, and the famous Soggy Dollar Bar was a fun 10-minute beach walk (with a little rocky path). Don’t forget mosquito repellent! Madison, our contact, was incredibly responsive, and Lydia, the property manager, was very helpful. The stunning house, beautiful ocean, and vibrant beach bars made this trip unforgettable, leaving us with wonderful memories. - Alenka & Miles Healey”
