Coco Villa Santikhiri comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with its four en-suite bedrooms and dedicated office space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and an outdoor shower, ample wardrobe space, a 50" television with Apple TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The Frangipani Room, located next to the plunge pool, includes a king-size bed, a small desk, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite outdoor bathroom with a large shower. The Rock Room, named for its unique construction incorporating natural rock formations, offers two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. Finally, the Garden Room, located next the the gym, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and it's own balcony overlooking the gardens. Like all bedrooms, it is air-conditioned.

The main house is a two-story building, with the upper floor dedicated to an expansive living area that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a covered porch. Accessible via a wooden bridge from the upper gardens, the living room features a large sofa with ottomans that can seat 8-10 people, perfect for socialising or relaxing. The dining area, connected to the living room, has a large table that seats eight, with an additional dining table on the outdoor porch. The porch also provides several seating options and a hammock to enjoy the stunning views.

Coco Villa Santikhiri offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. There is a newly built large infinity pool, overlooking the jungle and the ocean below it. A private plunge pool equipped with jacuzzi jets sits between the Frangipani and Rock rooms. Next to the plunge pool is a Finnish wooden sauna that fits 2-3 people. We also added a high-end gym with among others a Technogym running machine, a rowing machine, a ski erg, free weights and a the Technogym Unica multigym.

In case you want to do some work, or find a quite indoor place to read, we have a dedicated office space with a large external monitor, laser printer, and fast WiFi. It is located on the lower floor with beautiful views over the garden and the pool.

The villa is surrounded by lush jungle gardens with walking paths illuminated at night, featuring a variety of tropical trees and plants. The gated community also includes a shared hilltop infinity pool and a yoga sala, perfect relaxing while enjoying panoramic views.

Coco Villa Santikhiri includes full housekeeping services to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. Please note that there is a friendly dog who lives around the house. His name is DuDu, which means guard in Thai. The housekeeping staff take care of DuDu, so you'll likely only see him asleep on the porch or walking through the gardens. DuDu is very used to new people around him and he is happy to interact with guests if you want to play with him. However, if you don't like dogs this may not be the right property for you.
