August 2025Emerald Grande Harbor Walk Village Review
The Emerald Grande at Harbor Walk Village was fine. All the people we encountered during our stay were very nice and helpful. All the amenities in the facility and on the Harbor Walk were good. The problem was the room. The room and room layout was fine. The problem was the location. Right outside our room 328 and below our balcony was a full time 24/7 HVCA unit. When I say it was loud, I’m understating it. You could not sit on the balcony and talk. Below was also the delivery dock. When we got in the room, the master closet doors were off the track. We called maintenance and they promptly came up and fixed it. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The left drain in the master bath drained very slowly. The stopper would not open all the way. We reported these issues when we checked out. Only one steak knife in the kitchen and it was dull. The contact we had for the unit when we reserved it was very nice and helpful. No issues. The problems are noted above. ”

February 2025Grande Time at the Emerald
This place is right up there with the Ritz. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff at the front desk, housekeeping and bell stand. It is not only beautiful but spotlessly clean also. Our large condo was comfortable for four adults with one bedroom to spare and well equipped for what cooking we did. We enjoyed our private deck off the master and the deck off the living room. The Emerald is in a great location on the harbor with direct access to the boardwalk and a quick pontoon shuttle to the private beach. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. The ocean water was exhilarating at mid-sixties temp. We would definitely return and highly recommend this home.”
