May 2025Beautiful Lake Garda Villa
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains were truly magnificent! It was a little difficult to find the property at first, because you have to make a sharp left off the private road in order to see the gates, which are not visible, initially. The house was immaculate. The owners' new property management company was very responsive, by both phone and WhatsApp. They took care of all our needs and concerns. They even left us a great bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. When we first arrived, apparently the water heater was on a timer that provided hot water only certain hours of the day. When we brought this to the attention of the management company they arranged for technicians to re-program the furnace. By the end of our stay, the water was piping hot 24 hours a day. We couldn't turn on the heat in the rooms, and though we were told to use the A/C mini-splits for heat, we were never able to make them work. When we couldn't find any BBQ grills at the property the management company had a brand new grill delivered, though it required assembly, which we refrained from doing, due to the lack of time and the tools to do so. The kitchen was small but generously stocked with utensils, pots, pans, flatware, plates, cups and glasses. We donated a few other items to the villa, such as olive oil, vinegar, oven mitts and wooden cooking utensils. All in all, we had a most enjoyable week at this stunning property.”
