February 2024Exactly what we had hoped for!
This was the first time using Third Home and we were very happy with Casa Ciana in Puerto Rico! The accommodations were exactly as depicted in the photos - very clean, easy to get to, safe neighborhood for walking/catching Ubers and there was even parking across the street. The owner called before we traveled to give us tips, he stayed in contact while we were there to see how he could make our experience even better and he checked-in with us after we left. I went with our 14 year old son as it was his school break (my husband and other son couldn't make it). I was a little worried being "in town" and not a resort but it ended up being very safe and in a pretty central location. We could walk to get food, see art and hit La Placita and really were able to get a good feel for the entire San Juan area via Uber. We took a tour to El Yunque and really enjoyed that outing as well. We would definitely stay at Casa Ciana again if we came back to San Juan and highly recommend you do to! ”
