With three levels, five outdoor sitting areas/porches, eight TVs, outdoor gas grill, and an outdoor shower, this beach house is great for multiple families or those traveling with in-laws or a babysitter.

This charming vacation beach house sleeps 16 in that delightful coastal North Florida style. Recently remodeled and ideally located near all of the 30A action, you and your crew will have access to three King Suites, six Bunks, plus two pull-out sleeper sofas. You will find several outdoor porches and a third-floor top-shelf entertainment space with a 50” TV.

Classic coastal furnishings greet you as you enter the main first-floor living area. The spacious room features comfortable seating and a friendly chalk-painted dining table with seating for eight plus four bar stools nearby. You will also find access to the first-floor screened porch with additional seating for four more. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, bakeware, and small appliances you will need. Also located on the main level is one of the three King bedrooms.

Up to the second floor, you will find two more King suites with private decks plus a common sitting area with a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Head up to the third floor, where you will find lots of surprises, including a bunk room with two bunk sets with trundles, accommodating six in all. Two more sleep spots are located in the common sitting area, which features a Queen-size sleeper sofa. Ideal for entertainment, it has its own mini-fridge and wet bar. Open the doors and step out onto yet another outdoor gathering spot with a breeze and panoramic rooftop views.

Nestled just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Peddlers Pavilion in Seacrest, visitors will have access to the wonderful Seacrest amenities, including Seacrest Lagoon. Seacrest Lagoon is the largest private community pool on 30A with 378,000 gallons of refreshing water in a 12,000 square feet area complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and covered eating areas. This unbeatable amenity is open year-round 9AM – 10PM, for residents and vacation guests only.

Take the short walk to the town center, where you can find bike rentals, dining spots, shopping, and live music seasonally. There is a grass amphitheater where you can enjoy concerts and movies.

Beach access is easy and an adventure for everyone. Golf cart shuttle service is offered from your driveway to the beach, or you can opt for the 12-minute walk across Hwy 30-A through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. From March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from a handful of tram stops to the beach or the Lagoon. Walk to the nearest tram stop and then simply call for pickup. The tram should appear in about fifteen minutes. Tram service runs every day starting at 9:00 AM, with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.
