April 2025Pinon Pointe timeshare stays
I would stay here again but it is most comfortable with just two adults plus kids as the living room is very small. Kitchen also. Location is perfect. It would be much improved with smart TVs. They were large enough but limited in usefulness. Lots of families there so expect a bit of noise at the pool which is perfectly placed for some good views. They are upgrading the units over time. Unless you ask for help expect to lug your luggage around a lot of stairs and your car may not be close.”

June 2025Excellent Location
We loved staying at this property. The 2 bedrooms unit was actually a 1 bedroom unit and a studio unit where an interior door opened between the 2 of them. The pool was very nice. Anytime there was a question the property concierge answered or acted immediately. We had multiple terraces to use. The Kitchen was equipped with just basics. We were able to make it work though. Would have no problem booking again.”

October 2024Autumn in Sedona
As a longtime resident of AZ, I know what the weather is normally like in the high country. It was far from normal with temperatures in the mid-90s during the day and mid-60s at night. The "Villa" which included both the "A" & "B" sides that we were assigned was perfectly oriented to allow long cool mornings and tolerable afternoons based on sun position. It's also perfectly located with good access to the pool, Activity Center/Fitness Room and outside grills. The units are in need of an upgrade which is happening throughout the Hyatt property. All the appliances were operational and met our requirements. We initially had some check-in problems due to some entry key troubles, but the Hyatt staff was very accommodating / helpful at all times. All the employees made you feel very welcome. Shopping and restaurants are in close proximity and all within walking distance. There's plenty to see and do in Northern Arizona. Hopefully your visit will include more seasonal temperatures.”
