Enjoyable experience to explore the Quebec City region

Overall, we enjoyed our early July stay at the chalet, using it as our base to explore Quebec City and the surrounding areas. The condo is ~30 minutes to the north of Quebec City and also provided ready access to many nearby parks and hiking trails as well. The weather was quite warm while we were there, and as the condo does not have air conditioning, it became a bit challenging, but we managed. It is located adjacent to the base of the ski area, so a winter stay would be walkable to the lifts. As it was just the two of us, the condo was more than spacious. The dining options are limited in the immediate area; we did a combination of cooking meals at the condo and dining in and around Quebec City. There is no outdoor grill at the property. ”

We enjoyed our summertime stay. The condo was very nice. It's right at the ski resort. The natural environment near the resort and around Stoneham is very beautiful. We enjoyed our trips into Quebec City and the surrounding areas. Although we speak English only, we had no problem communicating with all the friendly residents of Quebec. Quebec City is marvelous. Highly recommend.”

Lovely townhouse right at the base of the mountain!

We hope to return again but next time hopefully during the winter maybe months so we can enjoy the incredible ski in/ ski out location at the base of the mountain. Every aspect of this cottage retreat exceeded our expectations. The location of the cottage is unparalleled, offering direct access to the slopes and breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains. The convenience of being able to step out of the front door and onto the ski trails made our skiing adventure truly seamless. The interior of the cottage is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. The open-concept living space with large windows creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, made meal preparation a joy. The bedrooms were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting retreat after a day of outdoor adventures. The thoughtfully chosen furnishings and plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving us refreshed and ready to tackle another day of skiing. Communications with the host were fast and efficient, information provided useful. Wonderful Quebec!

Our stay in Quebec was amazing! Our host Julie G was incredible as well. She helped us with dinner reservations to her favorite places and answered every question we had both before and during our time there. She responded quickly and cheerfully when a few minor issues popped up. Her suggestions for dining were terrific. The chalet itself is a short drive from downtown Quebec and provides a quiet, restful place to relax between excursions. The interior was a designer's dream! The décor was superb with a cozy "elegant" ski theme throughout that added both charm and warmth. We hope we can return soon. Five Stars all the way! ”
