The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator access. It consists of a living room with an American kitchen, open to the dining area, and a sofa bed that turns into a queen size bed. The modern wooden dining table is perfect for enjoying an excellent french wine while admiring the landscape from the large windows or having a morning coffee or afternoon tea.
The apartment is well-appointed with antique and modern furnishings.

The interior is very bright, with plenty of natural and spotlighting. High-quality linens are provided.
A small bathroom consists of a shower, sink, and toilet.
The bathtub is open to the bedroom, where you can admire the Eiffel Tower just in front of you. This sophisticated disposition will give our guests a romantic, relaxing, and chill atmosphere.
It was renovated in November 2022 in a clean, contemporary style with soothing greys and whites while retaining its Parisian charm.

The apartment was well situated across the street from the metro station but I didn’t find it noisy at all. There are several nice restaurants and bars including michel’s bar and the Basque restaurant both located in the parallel street directly behind. The apartment is a comfortable place for a couple and was a very pleasant place to stay. Zouhair was a fabulous and very responsive host.”
