June 2026Beautiful vacation from all perspectives
First, Kiawah Island was just gorgeous. The short bike ride to the beach every day was wonderful and added to the adventures. The marshes and wetlands and alligators provided lots of fishing and sightseeing! The Ryder Cup bar for cocktails, dinner and putting was just delightful. And the weather proved to be as wild, hot and humid and unpredictable as ever but gave us some adventures as we tried (unsuccessfully) to beat the storm home on our bikes. Lots of laughs! And the home...was just perfect. The furnishings were top notch and elegant...but so welcoming. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. Lots of room to relax and chill. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for game time and late night relaxing. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outside dining table as it rained right at the dinner hour every night we had dinner at the house, but it didnt stop us from enjoying wonderful dinners in the home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need to serve far more than our little group! Two refrigerators gave us lots of room to store all of the food and drinks we brought. The pool was great for the kids for afternoon swims after mornings at the beach. All of Bill's suggestions for beach chairs, bikes and restaurants were excellent. We would definitely return if its ever possible. Highly recommend!”

December 2025The Josephs Family's stay at Luxury Kiawah Island Estate.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Kiawah Island. The house was everything we hoped for - spacious enough for our family of 5 but still felt warm and cozy. The design and decor are really well done, and you can tell the owners put thought into making it comfortable for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed. We actually used the cookbooks they had (made a few of Ina Garten’s recipes) and appreciated having all the right utensils and equipment. The pantry and laundry room were well stocked too, which made our stay easy. Our host was excellent. Before we arrived, he sent detailed information about the house, local restaurants, grocery stores, and bike rentals - really thorough and helpful. When there was a temporary water disruption in the area, he called us right away with updates. That kind of communication made us feel taken care of. The thoughtful touches mattered - they had wine and beer stocked for us, and bath salts as a welcome gift. The elevator was genuinely useful for getting our luggage in and out. All the beds were comfortable, and having a main master plus a second master bedroom worked perfectly for our group. We enjoyed the pool, cooked meals together, and spent evenings playing board games. The location in the gated community felt secure and quiet. Beach access was a quick drive (about a mile and a half). On the island, we loved the restaurants - Jasmine Porch, Wild Olive, and Cafe Eugenia were all excellent. Charleston is only 45 minutes away, so we also went there for shopping and had an amazing dinner at Husk. The weather was beautiful and mild during our stay. Everything about this house and our experience was top notch. Highly recommend.”

December 2023Beautiful Home and Friendly, Responsive Hosts!
We had a wonderful week in Kiawah over New Years this past year and found the house very well appointed with everything we could need for us and our two kids. Everything looked updated and very well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any questions and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The house has plenty of room and was much larger than we needed for our family of four but we appreciated that each bedroom had a large ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. There was plenty to keep our boys busy playing games and enjoying the fun activities in the basement. The fireplace was the perfect spot to hang out in the cool evenings and the house is well located on the island with easy access to everything you could need! We loved our time here and will definitely return!”
