Description

This lovely Villa with a pool is located in absolute privacy and is easily accessible via a forest path, very close to San Casciano Dei Bagni. A country road that you can easily drive for about 2460 ft. (750m) to reach the property. An ideal place for guests looking for a quiet place in nature. In addition, you can make this property a gateway to exploring the gorgeous Tuscany countryside!

There are a total of 6 bedrooms in the main building, two on the ground floor and the other 4 upstairs to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The main building resembles a mix of private hideaway and gallery with high-quality art and collectibles selected by the owner, personally. With this sense of aesthetics, he took care of the entire interior design.

On the ground floor, you will find available a professional kitchen, a spacious dining room with a fireplace lounge, as well as a library (also with a fireplace), a TV room, as well as 2 bedrooms. The upper floor welcomes its residents with a stately chimney room and holds another library, as well as 4 bedrooms, each individually designed and with its character. Both the back terrace, with the sun in the morning, and the lawn on the front of the house offer the opportunity to eat outside.

A particular highlight of the offer is the large pool area, which is provided with a garden shed. Here you can cool your drinks and prepare a light lunch so you can enjoy the whole day by the pool.
Property features include Library and pool billiard room, and a Pizza oven.

San Casciano Dei Bagni is a small village with less than 2,000 inhabitants in the province of Siena, about 90 km from Siena, and belongs to the association of the “most beautiful places in Italy”. In the center, there is a shop for the daily needs (Alimentari), several caffès and bars, and an excellent restaurant. Just below the village, you will find the warm water springs, for which the place is known beyond the borders of Italy.

The surrounding area is characterized by rolling hills and forests. Ideal for all nature lovers. Best conditions for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. The cultural cities of Siena, Orvieto, and Buonconvento, as well as the “Largo di Bolsena”, are easily reached by car.

A Tuscan Hideaway

From the moment we made our reservation Giulia was so responsive to all of our questions and assisted us in planning and scheduling our arrival. WE were a multi generational family and the home was beautifully laid out to allow privacy for everyone. The small town of San Casciano dei Bagni is charming and we explored nearby hill towns and always loved to come 'Home" to this charming villa. We arranged with Giulia to have a wonderful chef for three of the nights which was a lovely treat and we chose to eat al fresco on the lovely back patio. A car is a must as this villa is tucked away in the forest down a gravel lane. I highly recommend arriving during the day. Nicola and Giulia were wonderful hosts and I would love to return again. Thanks you for a fabulous vacation with our family! ”

The beautiful farmhouse in Tuscany

The charming farmhouse is located slightly off the beaten path giving you true feeling of privacy. The adorable town is 2-3 minutes down the road and there are enough restaurants to chose from that you never have to cook if you don’t want to. You are truly one with nature while living in fabulous interiors. ”

Spacious Italian Retreat

Beautifully renovated Villa with very spacious bedrooms, washrooms and multiple common areas on a private large property with large pool. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Great place to be together with large family yet yet able to have your own private space. Host arranged for a private dinner which was great. Highly recommended. ”
