Welcome to Seabrook Beach Batch - an open, bright, and airy getaway with a beautiful view of the 18th hole of a golf course! Recently remodeled in 2023 with all new finishes, the villa provides one bedroom and bath downstairs and two bedrooms with a shared bath upstairs. Covered parking is under the villa with storage areas with beach chairs and water sports equipment.

The villa's location is excellent for enjoying the Seabrook Island Club with a beachfront pool, bar, seasonal outdoor dining, and year-round indoor dining. We are located just across the street from sunset beach and within walking distance of multiple other beach access points.

Seabrook Island is a gated beachfront community and home to two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, a full-service equestrian center, and an indoor aquatics and fitness center. We have a beautiful beachfront pool and seasonal outdoor dining. Year-round indoor dining is available at our beautiful Island Clubhouse.

You will also enjoy the natural beauty of our sanctuary for birds and other animals. Seabrook Island is designated as an Audubon International Sustainable Community. You can watch the daily "dolphin stranding" at low tide when the local dolphin pod works together to push their meal of fish up onto the banks where the river meets the sea. The loggerhead turtles nest on our beaches, and the hatching of a nest entails a celebration with our Seabrook Island Turtle Patrol to watch the babies make their way to the ocean. The deer come out in the evenings to graze just under our front windows by the lagoon. The opportunity to observe so many species of birds in their natural habitat is a memorable experience.

Enjoy all that the South Carolina Low County has to offer. Seabrook is close to Historic Charleston, SC, and a short drive to Savannah, Georgia. Shopping and restaurants are ten minutes away at Freshfield's Shopping Center. Bohicket Marina is located just outside our gatehouse, where boats can be rented or chartered for the day. Sportfishing is also available at the marina. Enjoy watching the Salty Dog restaurant sunset as you overlook the boats in the marina. Kiawah Island Resort is adjacent to Seabrook Island, where you can dine in world-class restaurants and play on their championship golf courses.

Access Cards to the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club will be provided. Additional fees apply for some activities like golf, tennis, fitness center, and horseback riding. Beach chairs and other supplies are provided. All linens and towels are provided.
