The spectacular DateFarm 54 is unlike any other desert residence you’ve seen before. This whimsical, one-of-a-kind home is set on an acre of beautifully groomed date palms and provides the perfect setting to enjoy all that the Coachella Valley offers.

Recently remodeled, this quaint, rural home is appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Relish in your quiet surroundings and gaze at the palm trees thriving in the warm Sonoran Desert climate from the oversized patio. Inside, you have nearly 1570 square feet to spread out and make yourself at home. The living room embodies a modern desert design with soft, neutral colors that help you to relax while lounging on the sofa and watching TV. It features a c. 1959 focal fireplace and large windows providing wonderful palm tree exposures. The kitchen offers the same incredible views and comes fully stocked with high-end appliances and ample dining space.

Cozy linens and all the comforts of home abound in all three bedrooms. You can find a king-size bed in the spacious master suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and a full in the third bedroom. There is also a pull-out couch for overflow sleeping. The master bathroom feels like you are stepping into a spa—it has an expansive walk-in shower like you wouldn’t believe—perfect after a day of hiking desert trails.

Spend your days relaxing in the date grove. Lounge on the rear patio, swing in the hammock chairs and enjoy the shade of 90 date palms soaring above you. Keep the good times rolling with a bonfire at night. But, above all, kick back and unwind and enjoy all that this unique property offers!

DateFarm 54 is only about 15 minutes from La Quinta but very close to the Desert International Horse Park and the Empire Polo Club, where many events such as Coachella and Stagecoach take place. The polo complex also has dining and entertainment venues on site. In addition, there are various opportunities and adventures around Thermal, California, including casinos, shopping, hiking, and off-road tours.

Fun and unique stay!

What a fun and unique property being on a date farm! The house is completely remodeled with stylish and cozy decor. We loved the outdoor lounge - a great place to read a book or drink a glass of wine. The owner Jason was very good in communicating with us and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!”
