Designed and built in the 1930's by one of Australia's most significant architects, Sir Roy Grounds, and renovated extensively in the years since, Lyncroft Estate is one of the finest properties on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Sitting on 30 acres of rolling Peninsula hills, and with the house surrounded by 3 acres of perfectly manicured English gardens, you'll feel like you've got the whole state to yourself, but in reality you'll be just a 7 minute drive to the coast, 15 minutes to the near town, and a short drive from some of Australia's best restaurants and vineyards.

The main house is tastefully decorated with simple and warm tones. Enter into the living space and take a seat on one of the sofas or armchairs. There are multiple seating areas, perfect for larger groups or those just looking to spread out. The family room greets you with a cozy atmosphere, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is spacious and includes everything you need to cook up a meal from home. The space is open and wonderfully sunlit. There is plenty of counter space to make up a dish, and center island where everyone can gather.
