Set on a private 10,000-square-foot plot, the villa combines generous living spaces, a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and wonderful views over Cascais Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. With eight bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests, the house offers an exceptional setting for families and friends to enjoy time together while still having plenty of space and privacy.

The villa itself offers approximately 4,000 square feet of living space arranged over four floors.

The main floor is centred around a spacious and inviting living room, which opens directly onto a large veranda with beautiful views across Cascais Bay. This is one of the most enjoyable areas of the house — a wonderful place to start the morning, relax during the day or gather in the evening while taking in the coastal scenery.

Also on this floor are a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, creating comfortable spaces for both relaxed family meals and evenings spent entertaining at home.

The first floor features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own balconies, allowing guests to wake up to beautiful views towards the ocean and enjoy the fresh Atlantic air in complete privacy.

The top floor is home to two additional en-suite bedrooms, both enjoying stunning sea views and offering a peaceful and private retreat.

On the lower floor, there are two further bedrooms with twin beds, making this part of the house particularly well suited to children and teenagers. This level also has direct access to the private garden, giving younger guests their own sense of space while remaining connected to the rest of the house.
